Apple sent new releases iOS 6.1.4 for iPhone 5; Please notes iOS 6.1.4 seems to be available only for iPhone 5. From Apple Inc. release notes, the minor update brings an updated audio profile for speakerphone.

It goes without saying, but jailbreakers should avoid upgrading your iOS device to iOS 6.1.4.

The release comes as a surprise as Apple hasn’t released a beta version after releasing iOS 6.1.3 back in March.

If you don’t care about jailbreaking then you should be able to download it via OTA (Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update).
