Usually we connect to the internet with wireless fidelity or 3G modem has included with our iPad. I think it doesn’t matter to connect to those connection because it we use those connection commonly. But, do you know if we also may connect to the internet by Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection.

Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a network that uses primarily public telecommunication infrastructure, such as the Internet, to provide remote offices or traveling users access to a central organizational network.

Here guide how to configure vpn on iPad :

1. Go to “Setting”  on control panel

2. Tab “General” option on left panel

3. Select “Network”, and then Select VPN option to connect to the network and then move the slider to “ON”.

4. Add the VPN configuration, such as your account detail and server configuration.
